????????????
Is that what you get when you’re trying to be creative? Then join the crowd kinfolk, because “You Ain’t The Only One”! I like to call it Bad Cortisol!
It seems more often than not I get writers block every time I sit down and try to Think. What type of crap is that? What is a guy to do if he sits down focused on something but his mind is to empty to conjure up anything at all.
Is it writers block, where I am unable to think because my social and economic situation prevents me from doing so. Or is it a mental problem closely related to depression and anxiety (two mood disorders known to jack your brain up).wiki (writers block). It could be anything, I’m not sure but I am aware that this condition is stopping me from reaching victory. I know I am more creative and thoughtful than I have been in recent years and it seems that learning how to deal with this problem could be just the motivation I need to jump-start my road to success.
Read On If This Relates To You:
- Do you find it hard to think of something “NEW” ?
- Is it difficult for you to write more than two pages of original work?
- When taking test, regardless of how long you’ve studied does your mind feel empty?
- Are you afraid that your lack of thinking will stall your victory and success?
- Are you willing to make changes in your life to be successful and stay successful?
According to UK Scientists having a “Blank Mind” could be from hormonal problems –Caused by Stress–. Their have been recent findings that when in stressful situations, the hormone Cortisol rises abundantly significantly impairing memory retrieval.
First, What is Cortisol.
Cortisol, “Ain’t that the stuff weight loss programs swear I should get rid of to lose weight”. haha, yeah but not quite. Actually from my findings Cortisol is good and very much “needed when at normal levels”. But apparently with this hormone there’s an extremely thin line between good and bad. Let me point your attention to this website that gives good facts on cortisol, and it’s effect on your stress levels.
Cortisol Good or Bad, You be the judge!
Cortisol the good:
“Obviously these are all reactions to stress. Our body processes Cortisol in order to help us in times of stress”
Cortisol the bad:
- Impaired cognitive performance
- Suppressed thyroid function
- Blood sugar imbalances such as hyperglycemia
- Decreased bone density
- Decrease in muscle tissue
- Higher blood pressure
- Lowered immunity and inflammatory responses in the body, slowed wound healing, and other health consequences
- Increased abdominal fat, which is associated with a greater amount of health problems than fat deposited in other areas of the body. Some of the health problems associated with increased stomach fat are heart attacks, strokes, the development of , higher levels of “bad” cholesterol (LDL) and lower levels of “good” cholesterol (HDL), which can lead to other health problems!
“Higher and more prolonged levels of cortisol in the bloodstream (like those associated with chronic stress)”
So with all these negatives effects of the previous statements it’s obvious that for us to kill a blank mind and think energetically and creatively we must ultimately battle cortisol and stress. You have to learn some cortisol reducing activities. How would you feel if you could consistently outperform others in your field. Or if you could always have a clear and victorious mind whenever you take a test. This is all possible, because you took the first step by researching the problem and read victoryblogger. That puts you ahead of most people in the world that will remain unsuccessful, unlike you. You’re on your way to success.
How To Keep Cortisol Levels Down-
To lower your cortisol levels and ultimately your stress levels you must do certain relaxing activities to keep your mind at bay. (There is Cortisol reducing OTC medicines you can take but I highly suggest that you consult a trusted Physician before you buy).To lower stress/Cortisol try these tips and see what works for you.
- The accumulation of moments of stress makes a world of difference, so do small things throughout the day to keep your stress meter out of the “red zone.”
- More fundamentally, systematically focus on letting go of stress in your body, mental images, emotions, desires, and thoughts.
- In particular, try to let go of unrealistic expectations about the sort of mother you are “supposed” to be.
- Practice breathing slowly

Sounds to me like cortisol is an all round bane to both athletes and the intelligentsia.
This all just serves to prove how important a relaxing, lowered stress lifestyle can be.

There are many products out there, some of them bad and some are very good. I have been taking Ginkgo Bilobo in these days and I can feel the difference. I think all of us haven’t some good reviews about Chinese herbs but this is something like magic.

Its proven that there is no positive effect that one can get from getting stressed. You have to fight stress may mean many things to others-work, family, relationships, finances, etc,. Step one is to identify whether or not your stressed then come up with your own simple but efficient strategy to get over it. Try simple but most effective ways like imagining yourself in a paradise so perfect you’re like living in fairy tale.
This is one of the hundreds of ways to knock off your anxiety and stress.
