It makes me so angry that people are not taking money from the big companies that can afford it but from individuals that work hard for their money. This scam with paypal recently happened to a friend of mine. They luckly got the money back but for about a week they had no money! Can you imagine.

Interesting post indeed which shed lights on many points which I wasn’t aware about. If I’ve too add, I do believe that on-line accounts should be only charged with the minimum required money for buying stuff.
