If you ever have paid attention to the stock market or better yet you’ve been motivated by the Forbes list of the worlds richest men you will know that one guy in particular has been a great leader in his niche for years. This guy is unorthodox, this guy lives in Nebraska he loves to drink Coca-Cola and he has managed to become the richest man in the world by making his own rules and never giving up. The man I am speaking of is none other than Warren Buffett.

We’ve all heard of him, known for his unorthodox “Value Investing” style and more recently his name was in the headlines for being the richest man in the world beating out Microsoft CEO Bill Gates. Warren Buffett is good proof that there are no definitive secrets to getting rich quick, or any wealth secrets that involve no work to achieve. What Warren Buffett was able to do is something that only the most dedicated and discpline could achieve.

- Mr. Buffett Learned early from Benjamin Graham that you do not believe what everyone WANTS you to believe
- You buy when the market is down and you hold the company for the long term, go against the grain
- never follow technical charts, tehnology is inferior, do the hard-work yourself it pays off in the long run
- go with what you know and do not follow the crowd
- Listen to your gut it’s almost always right
- goal oriented followers can become great leaders

Now after reading about Mr. Buffett I have pulled away a few hidden gems that will help you and me out in our journey towards success. With a little bit of effort and backbone we can use our own mind and imagination to blaze a trail that leads us to success and riches beyond our wildest dreams.
