This is just a ramble post so bare with me…..Ok so it has been a while since my last post and i have been getting a lot of new readers and subscribers. thanks to you all. Well lately i have been online with my other businesses and offline as well attending college, spending time with my family and just living life. I am moving so I’ve also been reading alot about how to buy antique furniture as thw wife only wants antiques for the new house.
Ok so lets see where we can start today, Ah…… money. The economy is so freaking bad that everybody is scrambling for money. People are scared of stocks because they aren’t confident in their stability. People do not want to buy real estate because they are afraid off bad loans and the likes. And guess what I dont blame you …BUT I DONT AGREE WITH YOU. Sorry to bust your bubble, but while you guys are fleeing im making a killing and this is only the beginning.
Now this is not going to be one of those bragging post, as it could very much be. But what I am going to try and do is explain to you why you are making your family starve I am a college student, Married with three kids who owns 2 houses, an impressive stock portfolio and a multitude of web real estate. And Just in case you’re wondering Yeas I am the same age as a normal college student, As for the three kids..yeah i started early.. hehehe maybe thats what pushed me to NEED to make alot of money fast.
STOCKS
Ok guys heres the thing. The economy is bad, if you haven’y already noticed. And guess what its going to get worse. And based off of my own training and experience the normal psychology af the average investor will be to get scared and run. Heres their mindframe. The economy is going down so now the $1000 dollars that i started with will now only be worth $600. So i better sale as soon as possible before it gets any lower. Dummy, Dummy, Dummy, Dummy, Dummy Notice thats Dummy with a capital “D”.
That is all wrong, well shoot its just backwards. Im going to get straight to the point for you. When you know the economy is going to start getting worse dont panic..Hell I actually had a party when i first realized that we were having a reccession. Reason being because this is when I make the most money.
Tip #1. When you hear the economy is worsening save money because you will soon be buying a ton of stocks.
When the economy gets bad the stock market is the first go down within our economy. Now for you to understand why i get happy when stocks fall you must first understand what makes stocks fall and fluctuate in the first place.
Simple answer 50% you and me, 50% big investment businesses simple as that. When us average investors hear bad news in the stock market we tend to get scared and sale our stocks before we lose all of our money. And the same is true for major investment companies Except for two things, They have more money and they are scammers.
See first off big investors have more money so what they do with their money is instantly felt by all. If they pull out their money from a business its felt worldwide. That naturally scares the average investor. That leads me to my second point big investment companies are scammers. See these companies are in the business of making quick money today, they dont care about the long term. So they have to make ill advised moves in the stock market to give us normal people (whose money they are managing) The perception that they are actually making the right decision with our money. So they do dumb things like sale when the market is lowering, why…. because if you are managing someones money dont you think that person would be mad if they see you lost them a shit load of money. Thats why these companies sale when the market is lowering because it keeps your mouth shut and you will come back to them as a client because you “think” they were smart buying pulling your money out of the stock market….nope. See its just psychology people, perception is reality.
I know im rambling but theres a message with all of these lines of crazy talk. Buy great stocks when the market is declining. Dont give twoi shits about what the tv says, or what the big investment companies are doing or even what your family says. Buy great stocks when the market is bad. Notice is said great stocks. Disney is a great stock Jeff’s fish and waffles Might not be the best stock to buy. Let me explain.
Again its simple..A great stock will last damn near no matter what a not so great stock probably will die when the market crashes. This is good for you.***PLEASE READ THIS PART*** See if you do your research and find GREAT Companies to buy stocks in then you will be almost 100% sure that even though the market is bad and this stock is bad it will definitely shoot back up , possibly even higher when the stock market levels out again. Ahhh.. So the trick is simply doing research to find good stocks that will stand the test of time and then buy them when they are performing poorly. YES,.. Its like ummmm ok sears, if you’re at sears and you see an electric saw for $200 bucks then you go back next week and noticed its on sale for $100 which price would you rather buy at….. $200 or $100 .. you better say $100. That is the mind frame of an investor that wants to be a winner buy stocks when they are low and on discount “Temporarily” on sale. So then when the sale goes away (the stock market gets better) you will earn big money from your stock that you bought for cheap. See its common sense but most people still dont get it. Ok i guess that means its not that common but whatever.
BAD INVESTOR…
Buys when prices are overpriced
Sales when nobody wants to buy so they make low returns
GOOD INVESTOR…
Buys when everyone is selling so they get great stocks at cheap prices
Never sales, just buys more of the same stocks when the price dips again.
I hope that explains alot about how you guys can be making a killing in the stock market seriously. Like i said im a college age student attending college, with a family. i come from the bad part of the city. so i hope thats enough motivation to get you started in the right direction.
