As noted in the first post this is the second installment of a series I am writing on leadership. Read on to find more amazing secrets towards excellent leadership.
- 7. The Fair Leader- One who leads others must believe in a fair and just system. When a leader is non bias and equal this allows justice to be served and it gains the respect of your followers. Respect is huge when it comes to being a leader and if you do not treat all of your loyal followers exactly the same you’ll quickly find that those once loyal mates are now unwilling, don’t give-a-hoot followers who will soon stray away.
- 8. The Planning Leader- You must have a plan to execute in order to keep things sound and at bay. you are the leader you want everything and everybody to follow your rules. In order for you and your victorious followers to achieve the same goals there must be a plan set in place to do so. You can ‘t expect to make alot of money without doing anything. You need to make a plan, set goals and work hard then you’ll be on the right track to wealth.
- 9. The Sympathetic Leader- In order to be a sympathetic leader you must fully understand your followers and sympathize with their problems and concerns. Make yourself available, and questions, and ask even more they’ll love it and respect you even more. Key Note: showing sympathy to your followers also makes them feel loved and respected giving them the edge they need to be more victorious for you. see how that sort of pays off.

The Pleasing Leader- Regardless of you might think to be a great leader one does not have to be the scrooge. lets take a look at my own personal study. although there has been great leaders who were extremely mean and not personal at all, the leader of the greatest company in the world is known to be the sweetest guy in the world. Warren Buffett has been said to be one of the nicest guys to work for. So let’s take this into perspective would you rather be like the guy/gal with a few million or like the victorious guy (Warren Buffett) who has found success with a great personality and has used this quality to amass over 45 billion dollars?
- 11. The Master Leader- This is the the person who knows his job up and top side to side, and this is a learned skill that will put you to the top of the leadership food chain. Mastering your job will also gain you and extremely high amount of respect from your followers.Key Note: for an extra boost of respect from your peers and followers know your position, and the duties of those under you this will really open every one’s eyes about your knowledge.
Theses are qualities of 11 different types of leadership styles. I wanted to give you all a little secret at the end, because now I know you have the knowledge of being a leader but I wanted to let you know 1 last thing.
In order to be the best leader possible you should strive to take a little from each type of leader listed in the last 2 posts. If it’s hard to do them all just Mix-and-Match a few that you can perform and work hard to perfect them before adding new skills to your memory bank. After you have managed to get these leadership qualities down you will see how easy it is to find success, gain wealth, gain respect and get easy money.
